           1. Fishing competition - complete incl. boats, tackle, & guiding by the "Pike King"
               Kalle Petterson in the archipelago surrounding Mariehamn. 
           2. Sailing in the archipelago surrounding Mariehamn with one of the following
               sailing ships: Albanus, Delfin, Linden or Nordboen.
           3. Canoe excursion incl. canoes, life jackets & experts from Nimix in the 
               archipelago surrounding Mariehamn. 
           4. 18-hole golf competition at Castle or King's Course at the Åland Golf Club in
               Kastelholm (assuming that all participants have an golf handicap). 
           5. Golf competition "Scramble" (incl. "crash course" and golf clubs) on the
                    short hole course in Eckerö - where also those that never played golf before can
               play. 
           6. Alandia Grand Prix at family Ekström's own trotting course where the participants
               will get a taste of how it feels to drive a trotting horse. 
           7. Horseback riding for beginners and "pros" at the riding club Sleipner in
               Mariehamn or with Stall Aftonsol in Hammarland. 
           8. Excursion to the island and conference establishment Silverskär where the 
               participants can engage in different activities such as canoeing, sailing, rowing, 
               fishing, pentathlon and a visit to the wood heated beach sauna.
           9. An Åland Round Trip with bus & guide where the participants get acquainted with
               the museum ship Pommern, the Maritime Museum, Tjudö Vineyard and 
               Ålandsbryggeriet. 
         10. Long distance skating excursion including all necessary gear & skilled instructors
              with Baltic Ice safaris.
16.00 Sauna & pool in Hotell Arkipelag's relax department or in Mariehamn's swimming
         & spa centre "Mariebad" near Arkipelag.
