To meet the demand for modern, multifunctional and representative arenas for really large meetings, we are now offering our new congress & culture centre Alandica in the eastern
part of Mariehamn next door to Hotell Arkipelag.  The largest Alandica hall will seat 600 meeting delegates while eight smaller meeting rooms will house an additional 300.

The package offer below demonstrate a complete arrangement and reflects
our advantageous prices:

Day 1 (any day 2010 - choose any date for your congress).
         Ferry voyage with Viking Line or Silja Line morning departures from Turku, 
         Stockholm or Kapellskär to Mariehamn or with Eckerö Linjen from Grisslehamn to
         Berghamn. 
         Buffet lunch incl. beverages in the ferry's dining room. 
         Arrival at the ferry terminal in Mariehamn (or Berghamn/Eckerö) in the afternoon at
         12.00-14.10 depending on ferry/route.
         Transfer to the actual Marieahmn city centre hotel directly after ferry departure.
15.00 Meeting in, depending of the number of participants, a suitable conference room
         at Alandica. 
15.00 Afternoon coffee served in the assembly room next to the conference room.
20.00 Dinner with first course, main course, dessert, ice water & coffee in Rest. Arkipelag. 
23.00 Admission to nightlife; lobby bar, casino & nightclub in Arkipelag.

Day 2.

12.00 Conference lunch with salad, main course, ice water & coffee in Rest. Arkipelag. 
         Transfer from the hotel to the Vikingterterminalen in Mariehamn or to the
         Eckerö Linjen ferry terminal in Berghamn/Eckerö.
         Return ferry voyage to Turku, Stockholm, Kapellskär, Grisslehamn with any of
         Viking Line's, Silja Line's or Eckerö Linjen afternoon departures.
         Dinner incl. beverages in the ferry's buffet restaurant.
         Oppurtunity for tax-free shopping in the ferry's shops.
         Arrival to Turku, Stockholm, Kapellskär or Grisslehamn in the evening.

The package can naturally be changed in at least a 1.000 ways - everything depends on your requests, for example:

• The arrangement in Mariehamn is prolonged to more than one night and two days.
• The journey to and/or from Mariehamn takes place with regular AirÅland flights (from Helsinki/Vanda, Turku or Stockholm/Arlanda) or with a charter flight from any destination.
• The content includes additional services such as leisure time activities, evening entertainment, other beverages than ice water and/or other possible additional services according to your requests.
